                    -Group is comprised of young women diagnosed before the age of 45. Meetings are the 3rd Monday of each month.

          Woman to Woman Support Group, Evansville - 812-853-8010
                    -Meetings the second Tuesday of each month and are for any person who has been diagnosed or has had breast cancer. Meetings are at McCollough Branch Library on Washington Avenue.

                    -Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6pm

Metastatic Support Group Call - 2nd TUESDAY OF THE MONTH!
               2012 call dates:
                     May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14, September 11, October 9, November 13, December 11
                     8:00 - 9:30 pm (ET) / 5:00 - 6:30 pm (PT)

          Join other young women with metastatic breast cancer for our telephone networking and support session - a support group without leaving home!

          These interactive sessions are designed to address your specific concerns. Topics include - but are not limited to - hopes & fears, work, children, communicating with friends and family and living with ongoing and changing treatment. These calls are facilitated by Susan Glaser, MSW, Evelyn Lauder Breast Center at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and are open to new and previous participants. A Demographic Questionnaire is preferred for participation. If you have not completed this form within the last six months, if there are changes to your previous submission or if you have never completed this questionnaire, please click here to complete it using our online form preferably prior to the call.
