How to Apply for Funding
Thank you for your interest in the Komen Affiliate grants program. Please complete the form below to receive information about the Komen Affiliate grant program, including announcements, Request for Application (RFA) information and networking event information.
Applications are accepted from US nonprofit institutions; US citizenship or residency is not required. Applications must be submitted in English. Applicant organizations must be located and/or providing services for Evansville Tri-State Affiliate service area. Applicants must ensure that all past and current Komen-funded grants or awards are up-to-date and in compliance with Komen requirements.
