If you're looking for a friendly ear, informative speakers, news about treatment, research or complimentary therapies, attend one of the following support group meetings:
- Hope Cancer Resource Center in Evansville, Indiana meets every other Wednesday at 5:30 at their location on Bellemeade Avenue. (Call to find out about next meeting – 812-485-5725 or 1-877-580-3883)
-Ribbon Chicks in Evansville, Indiana meets 3rd Monday of each month at Tri-State Athletic Club. The Ribbon Chicks is comprised of young women diagnosed before the age of 45. For more information, call Michelle Walker at 812-768-0030 or 812-457-5442. You can also email ribbonchicks@hotmail.com.
- Woman to Woman in Evansville, Indiana meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm at McCullough Library on Washington Avenue. (Call Carol Rogers to find out more -

- FORCE (Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered) This support group is directed toward women who are at high risk of developing breast cancer. For more information contact Sherry Schapker sherry@facingourrisk.org.
- Memorial Baptist Church in Evansville, Indiana has a family and survivor support meeting the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. The Church is located at 605 Canal Street.
- Peer Support Group in Carmi, Illinois meets at the Opportunities for Access building located at 1725 College Avenue in Carmi. For a meeting schedule, please call Casey Carlile at the Egyptian Health Department at 618-273-3326 x 2227 or call Kim Egbert at 618-382-7311.
- Support Group in Jasper, Indiana - meets at the Specialty Clinic in Daviess Community Hospital the second Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. There is also a support group for families that meets the fourth Wednesday of every month from 4:00 - 5:30 pm. Please call 812-254-8851 and ask for the Specialty Clinic at extension 155 for more information.
- Breast Cancer Support Group in Washington, Indiana - meets the second Tuesday of every month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in one of the Education Rooms downstairs at Daviess Community Hospital. Call Sharon at 812-254-8892 for more information or questions.
