Pledge Program
GO THE EXTRA MILE by raising funds to fight breast cancer!
Simply collect tax-deductible donations from friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to support you in the Race, while earning FABULOUS PRIZES!
ONLINE PLEDGING:
Go the extra mile in just 3 EASY STEPS!
Step #1: Register for the Race online (www.komenevansville.org) and you will be automatically enrolled in the Pledge Program.
Step #2: Follow the simple instuctions to set up your pledge page. You can
customize it if you desire, uploading photos, your own message about why you participate in the Race, etc.
Step #3: Send a link to your page to everyone in your address book.
It’s that simple. After you e-mail your message and web page out to your friends and family, you can sit back and watch as those you love - and even some you may not know - rally in support of you and the fight against breast cancer.
PAPER PLEDGE FORM:
Use the paper pledge form. Have your supporters make their checks payable to Komen Evansville Race for the Cure®. Checks must accompany a completed pledge form. Print legibly to be given credit for your fundraising. The form and checks can be submitted at Late Registration or on Race Day or mailed with a postmark date of 9/20/10 to be eligible for prizes.
Team pledges must be turned in by 5:30 p.m. on September 20 to be eligible for team pledge prizes.
PRIZES
The Greater Evansville Affiliate has implemented a new prize program for the pledge program this year offering better pledge prizes! You can earn great prizes (coolers, TVs, DVD players, Komen activeware, etc) just by raising money! CLICK HERE to view all prizes!

TOP FUND-RAISER (minimum of $1,000) may choose from:
- One round trip ticket on American Airlines and/or American Eagle to and desitnation in the contiguous United States, courtesy of American Airlines. (Limit 1 ticket per household.)
- A vacation package for 3 days and 2 nights anywhere in the continental U.S. Donated by Heritage Federal Credit Union.
Second through sixth place fundraisers (minimum of $1,000) may choose from remaining prizes in consecutive order.
